Cathi McGrevey received her graduate level certification as a parent coach from the Parent Coaching Institute in partnership with Seattle Pacific University. This is the only Certified Parent Coaching Program in the nation. She earned a Master's in Human Services and is an instructor at Southern New Hampshire University.
As a certified parent coach, she understands the unique challenges facing adult learners looking to balance family and career goals. She enjoys coaching women in transition, helping them find their authentic voice and define their priorities as they look to increase family ease and cohesion.

Kaye Richardson began her certification with The Physical Mind Institute in April 2003, becoming certified in Mat Pilates. While attending the Master's in Exercise Science Program at California University of Pennsylvania, Kaye completed 200 hours of training/interning with the Pilates Apparatus. She received her Master's Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Fitness and Wellness in Dec. 2005, a second Personal Trainer Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Jan. 2006 and her full Pilates Apparatus Certification through The Physical Mind Institute in 2006.
